Shipping Methods Guide

This page   shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order, estimate   shipping cost and shipping times, and gives other useful information on   Animena's shipping process.

We generally use DHL . If there is any international bussiness logo on the products, we generally use EMS .
When we confirm your order , we will give you the total expenses and we can offer you an estimated shipping costs.

Choose a Shipping Method

You can choose the shipping method you want during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:

We offer UPS shipping way:

Expedited: 5~7 days, fit for order more than 20kg.

UPS serves worldwide.

It is fit for all kinds of orders. But there is no EMS services for some country & regions.

EMS charges cost according to order real weight, not volume weight. So if your order has big size, we advise EMS.

You will get less taxes in your costums if delivered by EMS.

We offer DHL shiping way. More details, please emails us.

We offer FEDEX shiping way. More details, please emails us.

We offer TNT shiping way. More details, please emails us.

Standard post services:

if taxes in your country is very heavy, and you do not care   delivery time, we advise Standard post services. It is fit for small   orders. Usually delivery time will be 25~30 days or more.

Usually we will advise best and cheapest shipping way for you.

Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping   costs will be calculated individually for each order based on the   number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen after your send order. Please just wait for our quotations and advices.

Estimate Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time  + Shipping Time

Usually we need 1-3 days to produce and prepare for your orders. Bigger orders, longer Processing Time.
